When we are examining a cardiac patient, we want to make a physical diagnosis including involved ventricles, type of overload(volume or pressure), its degree, and the status or degree of pulmonary hypertension.
Among various physical examinations of the cardiac patients, a left parasternal movement can give us a status of various degree of the volume and pressure overload of the ventricles.... |

Clinical analysis of 48 neonates who treated with Mechanical ventilation in NICU at Won-Kwang
University Hospital from February 1987 to July 1990 was performed.
The results were as follows;
1) According to diagnostic categories, hyaline membrane disease was the most common in 26 cases
(54.2%), and then postasphyxia syndrome 10cases (20.8%), apnea of prematurity 3cases (6.2%),
sepsis 3 cases (6.2%),in their order.
